Magdala’s Answer (Original Artwork)

The word Apostle translates literally from Classical Greek to “emissary” in English; someone who is sent on a special mission, a messenger.

Three days after death, Yeshua (Jesus Christ) appeared to Mary, his patroness and disciple from Magdala, in the gardens outside his tomb. He bid her return to his other followers and tell them that he had risen from the grave.

By being given this task, it is Mary Magdalene who is the first Apostle of Jesus Christ.
